Service Updates • Training Reminders • C2 Customers receive 2 FULL days of training per year • C2 Essential Customers receive 2.5 days of training per year. • Training hours do not carry forward from one year to the next • Refer to the Training Service Level Agreement for detailed guidelines (included in training packet).

Service Update Centicity 2 2.5 • Schoolwires applied the latest Centricity 2 release (2.5) to our servers on August 22nd • Highlights include: • Enhanced usability of recurring events • Updated Schedule Star integration to adhere to Schedule Star’s new web services • Site Manager for the Smartphone App • Add RSS Feed for Centricity2 content to MyView • Resolution of various defects, including those related to ical feeds, site statistics and templates • IE 10 now supported for viewing/editing! • Access current and past release notes

(Standard, Express, MyWay, or MyWay Premium templates) • Secure LDAP Connector - A single source of user information for both the organization’s directory server and Centricity2 • Sections (Flex Sites) – sold in bundles of 100 • Storage – sold in increments of 10 gb’s

Tasks for UGM • Potential Idea for Topic: Tips for mobile friendly website - Look up stats in Google Analytics for Web App (try Lancaster HS, CSAT, Avoca, Wellsville) • Potential Idea for Topic: Gather 3-5 “How do I’s….”, - email all wtw contacts and explain the concept. Ask for participants/questions. Select topics and then share the topics PRIOR to the meeting and ask districts to come prepared to “share”. • Potential Idea for Topic: Get in touch with Colleen Sloan to find out if they have anything on the Social Media questions/Candy – Guidelines/Policies for SM • Email Schoolwires Support – find out if there is a way to view how many sections are remaining. If not – ask Mike to provide us with a list by site (districts can’t buy sites the day they run out – has to be budgeted WELL in ADVANCE!
