Join us on Saturday, November 12th, from 11:15 AM to 6 PM at the Seven Trees Community Center in San Jose, CA, for expert assistance with your Medicare Part D plan! Student pharmacists from the University of the Pacific will be available to help review your plan, check your medications for safety, and potentially save you money. We also offer flu, pneumonia, and shingles vaccinations, as well as blood pressure, cholesterol, bone density, and blood sugar level checks. Please remember to bring your Medicare card and all prescription medications. Appointments preferred!
