The function of the Government is mainly the executive power (execute the laws make by the Parliament) TASKS • Have got the executive function;•Could emanate decrees that have a law strength; • Could adopt law-decree to face up an unexpected situation, that require an immediately legislative intervention; TASKS • To propose legislation to Parliament and the Council• To manage and implement Europolicies and budget• To enforce European laws (jointly with the Court of Justice)• To represent the European Union on the International stage

TASKS Its role, powers and composition are defined in Section I of Title VI of the Constitution. According to the 134 article of the Constitution:• Controversies on the constitutional legitimacy of laws and enactments having the force of law issued by the State and the regions• Conflicts arising from allocation of powers of the State and those allocated to State and regions, and between regions• Accusations made against the President of the Republic, according to the provisions of the Constitution.
