Benefits of This Site Update • More Site Presence and Performance • Each UCA member site will have its own URL and brand • All sites will have graphic design treatment • Re-hosted to dedicated server for better performance • More Detailed User Account Management • Using Forms-Based Authentication (FBA) • Expanded configurability of Users, Roles, Groups, and Permissions • Cleaner implementation of Sharepoint security architecture • Better User Experience • Multi-level, security-trimmed tab navigation • Password retrieve/reset • Content subscribe/unsubscribe • Starting point for better member communications • Improved Document Searchability • Knowledge Base and Calendar Roll-Up to consolidate key documents • More metadata about documents • Adding Missing Functionality • Help Desk • Issue Management
