Business Solution

We provided a holistic network extension solution for IISER Kharagpur's new campus, connecting two buildings approximately 200 meters apart with fiber optics. Our total Wi-Fi solution addressed the requirements for computer labs, faculty rooms, and centralized LAN management. As a leading educational institute, IISER Kharagpur sought to extend existing infrastructure, deploy a new network, and integrate it with their current system. Despite competition from Linksys and Netgear, we showcased superior brand value and a comprehensive end-to-end solution. Our successful implementation has paved the way for future collaboration.

Business Solution • Solution is for network extension through out the campus of IISER. • End user had requirement to connect two buildings with fiber, distance between these two building is approx 200mtrs. • Total Wi-fi solution for their computer labs, Faculty Rooms, and switching solution to interconnect the LAN with centralized manageability.

  2. Customer Business Nature • Customer is a leading educational institute based at Kharagpur and they provide higher level degrees in academic qualification. • One of the A category AICTE approve institute. • IISER is an extension campus of IIT Kharagpur based at Kolkata.

  3. Reason for new solution • Extension of existing network infrastructure. • New Building network deployment. • Migrate the new network with existing one. • New Lab setup with total Wi-Fi Solution.

  4. Competition analysis & Business issues • Linksys and Netgear. • Netgear & Linksys was offering low price. • But we convinced the customer with our brand value & quality proposition against them . • Technically we had given much more head room then our competitor. • We are having end to end solution that suffice the total customer requirement.

  6. Conclusion We successfully installed and retained the customer in our fold. Customer is coming up with a new campus. We are hopeful of receiving repeat order of value around 10 Lacs.
