Almost 75% of participants say STEPS has helped them create healthy habits
SNA members are busy and stressed!
Members say the most difficult challenge required them to take a time-out for themselves and relax.
85% of participants said the difficulty of the challenges is just about right.
Members’ favorite challenges were related to eating fruit and getting more physical exercise
“I would say I lost around 3-4 lbs. with this challenge. My family liked all the choices too. I am trying to continue the push on the fresh fruits. My fridge is so much more colorful!”
