  3. Climates • All the climates Africa experiences consist of Tropical Rainforest, Humid Subtropical, Mediterranean, Savanna, Steppe, Desert, Highland, and Marine. • 8% of Africa experiences 10 to 12 months of rainfall.

  8. Heritage Sites • Cultural heritage site is Royal Palace of Abomey. Located in Benin, Africa. • Natural Heritage Site is The Namib Sand Sea. Located in Namibia's Namib-Naukluft Park. The desert dunes are formed by the transportation of materials thousands of kilometers from the hinterland that are carried by river, ocean current and wind. It features gravel planes, costal flats, rocky hills, inserbergs, within the sand sea, a costal lagoon, and a ephemeral rivers, resulting in a landscape of exceptional beauty.
