  2. 28 • Number of teaching bodies • (22.5 FTE)

  3. 8 • Number of Support Staff including Counselors, Nurse, Administrative help, Attendance clerks, etc. • 7.5 FTE • Counselors and Nurse also serve Dorm population outside regular school hours

  4. 21 • Number of Teachers maxed out on the salary scale • i.e., those who no longer Qualify for yearly Step Increases. • Some are working on additional education to change salary lanes.

  5. 11 = Number of teaching staff receiving national fellowships for professional development = 3Fullbright + 8Surdna

  6. 1.7 • Minimum passing grade of C- • Need for Remediation time in teacher and student schedules. • A “full load” has fewer classes here than at other schools

  7. 5 + 5 = 23 = 5% of Teacher job description for Outreach + 5% of job description for School Governance & Supervision • 23 Days of Teacher time in addition to instruction, assessment, and preparation

  8. 7 < 10 > Number of weeks our teachers have available in the summer for staff development, summer employment, R &R, < As compared to the number of weeks the typical teacher has in the summer for these activities. + This is scheduled to expand to 8 weeks.

  9. 0 = Amount of pay we are allowed to spread across the summer for our seasonal staff (Teachers, Counselors, Nurse, Clerical staff, Residence Counselors, Security team)

  10. 171 = Number of school days this year +8.5 days from last year - 9 from national average

  11. 250 = Number of chairs we need to rent to get all our community in one space (Black Box) ( > Fire code)
