  1. Natural ingredients that help you fight acne No matter how religiously you follow your skincare routine, there’s no escaping acne. Acne is a real nuisance. There; we said it. Dealing with it and experiencing it can be really troublesome. It mostly is caused by - lack of skincare knowledge using too much makeup genetics clogged pores poor skincare routine not using the right skincare products unhealthy diet external stressors like pollution, dirt, environmental changes, etc. Well, we are sure there are more reasons for acne formation, but we are not here to dishearten or scare you. In fact, in this blog, we will be discussing how you can deal with your acne and treat your skin better. What’s, even more, better is that all of what we mention today are natural remedies and ingredients that work amazingly to tackle acne.

  2. 1) Tea Tree Oil - It is on top of our ‘Acne-buster List’! Tea Tree oil works in more ways than one when it comes to acne. Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial in nature it soothes down skin inflammation caused in the process and also kills out all the bad bacteria causing it. But, it's a potent oil so make sure you dilute it with a carrier oil or simply use creams/gels based on tea tree oil. 2) Turmeric Soap for acne - You cannot go wrong with turmeric soap for acne because of its healing potential. Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory in nature, turmeric is a great natural ingredient to treat acne. 3) Green Tea Drinking green tea or even placing brewed green tea bags on your active acne can help detox your body/skin respectively. It is super effective in its oil form as well. It is loaded with antioxidants that reduce inflammation and excess sebum production that causes acne in the first place. Tip - Bloating, and indigestion can also give rise to acne so keep cleansing your body from all the harmful toxins frequently by drinking your detox water or simply a cup of green tea.

  3. 4) African black soap paste This might sound novel to you, but African black soap paste is a dry powder that can be transformed into a mask; simply with water. You can apply it on your face, leave it for a few minutes to let the active ingredients (like African honey and goat’s milk) work and voila! 5) Natural skin brightening cream Yes, we all know the urge to look fair with just cream and well, there’s more reason for it post-acne when your skin just feels uneven from all the acne marks. So, choosing a hydrating and natural skin-brightening cream with organic ingredients can be very helpful. CONCLUSION - Apart from the above-mentioned remedies and natural acne-fighting ingredients, there are chemical peels, serums, creams, and solutions also available in the market today. But we suggest you try your natural way out first before reaching out to the chemical-based solutions. After all, chemicals can be too harsh for your skin and might damage its foundation. Plus, acne makes your skin even more sensitive than it already is. Having said that, we suggest you must consult a dermatologist in case of severe acne situations. Because when it comes to skin concerns, an expert opinion is a must!
