  • 2002 The UNECE and SITPRO signed an MOU to combine their work and produce UNeDocs
  • 2005 UNeDocs was donated to UN/CEFACT and accepted as an official project
  • 2006 The first UN/CEFACT cross-domain Data Model based on ebXML Core Components was released
  • 2007 UNeDocs Data Model V2.0.2 (Stockholm) was released to commence the official ‘Implementation Verification’ stage of the ‘Open Development Process’
  • 2008 The Buy-Ship-Pay cross-border subset for international trade including UNeDocs was released
