  1. How to Use the Artifact Wizard to Add Items to Your Portfolio Use this when you’ve when you've already uploaded a file in Tk20 but need to add it to your portfolio

  2. Click on the “Artifacts” tab

  3. Select the “Artifact Wizard”

  4. Select “I would like to attach a previously created artifact to this task” and “Continue” 1 2

  5. Select the document that you want to add to your portfolio. Next, click on the name of the portfolio that you want to add it to. 1 2

  6. The portfolio will open up. Scroll through the portfolio until you find the location where you need to attach your document. Choose “Click here to attach” the document to this section of the portfolio. We can see here that the “Mentor Information Form” belongs in this area of the portfolio.

  7. After selecting “Click here to attach,” you should see the name of your document showing where you attached it. The nameof the document shows here after it has been attached.

  8. Next, scroll to the bottom of the page, and hit “Save Draft.” NOTE: Do not ever hit “Submit” when using the portfolio function. This will lock your portfolio.

  9. If you need to add additional items to your portfolio or need to submit existing documents to an assignment, go back to the “Artifact Wizard” and repeat the steps outlined in this presentation.
