9. WARNING ORDERS Cadets will receive an oral operations order in class on lesson 12 and 17. They will prepare a squad warning order in class focused on the following:
General situation
Tentative Mission
Earliest Time of Move
Time/Place of OPORD
Special Instructions/General Instructions
10. OPORDs Cadets will prepare two squad OPORDs consisting of a concept sketch and a pre-formatted OPORD
The concept sketch will be completed during the recon lesson
In the next lesson cadets will complete a pre-formatted OPORD focused on the mission statement, concept of the operation, maneuver (actions on the objective/engagement area), coordinating instructions, CASEVAC and location of key leaders (C2)
