Welcome to the Center for Precision Forming (CPF) (Last updated February 2014) The Ohio State University (OSU) has established the Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (I/UCRC) on Precision Forming (CPF – www.cpforming.org) focusing on the needs of metal forming industry. National Science Foundation (NSF) is partially funding this activity together with the participating companies. CPF will use extensively the knowledge base, developed at the Engineering Research Center for Net Shape Manufacturing (ERC/NSM – www.ercnsm.org) at The Ohio State University (Director Dr. TaylanAltan) that is now merged with CPF.
