  2. Step: 1 First go to Mail/FTP/Digital Setup under Master Menu

  3. Then Fill Up all the details like SMTP and POP Server Name , MTP Login Id and your Smtp Password • SMTP Port, POP Port • And make sure that these information must be same as your account configured in OUTLOOK. • After that click on save button and then this message displayed

  4. After that click On TEST SMTP Button to check whether connection successful or not • If Not Then check your information which u have be filled are not correct

  5. After that click On TEST POP Button to check whether connection successful or not • If Not Then check your information which u have be filled are not correct

  6. After the completion of initial settings , Then send Documents

  7. After sending all mails then after some time may be 20-30 min. later go to options Bounce Mail Scanning under Utilities

  8. Enter the dates of document to be scanned and please be make sure this is a day to day basis operations i.e. mails should be scanned at the same day on which it was send to clients

  9. If there is any bounce mail then it will show message here

  10. To check logs which mail bounced then go to digital signed log option

  11. Enter the date of document and select doc.type after that tick on show bounce mail accounts if there is any mail bounce then it will show here
