  2. INTRODUCTION OF HP Hp is called as Hewlett Packard It is an American company and they are responsible for creating information products. They are responsible for producing different range of products from software’s to hardware’s. This company was founded on January 1, 1939 The name of the founder of the company is bill Hewlett and David Packard. They serve their products worldwide.

  3. How to troubleshoot an hp laptop? • Find out the model number and the serial number. You will find this information on the bottom of the laptop. You need these information if support is required and if you want to order parts • 2. Power cord will be removed to ensure whether the laptop is turning on with the battery. If the laptop is not turning on then this might be because of dead battery.

  4. 3. Power cord will be plugged into the computer and into • electrical outlet. Make sure that there is power to the outlet. After that try to turn on the computer • 4. See whether the computer is turning on and desktop is on the computer. Power is not there to computer then you have to replace the power supply. If there is power then light will blink and it will appear on the screen. If there is power to computer and the screen does not turn on then there might be the problem with hp support driver
