  2. Introduction of Epson Epson is a Japanese company and they sell electronic products . They are one of the largest manufacturers of computer printers all over the globe. Its headquarter is situated in Suwa, Nagano, Japan. There have numerous subsidiaries all over the world and major products that they produce are inkjet printer, dot matrix printer, laser printer, desktop computer, laptops.

  3. Steps to resolve dry printer head problem • The cartridges will be removed • The head will be removed • Observe where is proper suction tube • Submerge into water • Wet head will be dried • Almost done • Brand new

  4. The cartridges will be removed Head of cheap printers are attached to ink cartridges but these types of cartridges are costly and the quality of these cartridges is bad. I have a printer and it is canon IP4600 and it is not a costly printer but it is having good quality of prints. Remove the cartridges carefully after moving the head as it is shown in the image above

  5. The head will be removed To perform this task pull the gray lever and then remove the head of the printer. Head will come out easily and it will give no friction when that task will be performed. Make sure that you don’t touch the back contacts and bottom side where you will realize that there are ink nozzles. They are very delicate, don’t rub it with paper if you see cover with ink

  6. Observe where is proper suction tube You need a little bit good fortune but if you’re having maker shop that is good equipped then it will be good for use. Find the rubber tubes with right diameter for the printer head cartridge joint. These tubes are not important since most likely its sufficient plunge the head (the printer one, not you're!) in water. I think you will be successful if you try this step

  7. Submerge into water Plastic flat cover will be set up with some amount of water. Make sure that you don’t use ceramic plate or anything that is made of up hard material. This is why because nozzle borders are solid but this thing has happen with me earlier when I was using IP4200 Epson printer. Insert it into the water for a moment. Dry ink will be dissolved by the water. Till then the tube of rubber will try to do suction some water from the plate. To perform this task doesn’t suck the tube. It’s better to push the sides after keeping it in place, open end will be closed. Now you have to wait for a hour but you can also leave it for whole night if you have time. At the back side of the printer head, the contacts ought to be waterproof, however don't wet them to an extreme.

  8. Wet head will be dried When you will be reinstalling the head on the printer. Use paper napkin to dry it, don’t pat it and wait for some time so that water come out of it. If you use microfiber cloth then it will be better so fibers of them will not be clogged on the nozzle. You will observe some colored lines as it is shown in the image and it will be from each nozzle.

  9. Almost done Now the printer head is not dirty anymore. Don’t worry if it is having some water inside it.

  10. Brand new Head will be installed back into its place, lever will be closed and all 5 cartridges will be placed back, turn off the printer after closing it. When printer will be turned on again. Clean the nozzle properly and print some sheets to check whether the nozzles are working properly or not.
