  2. Location • Sweden is found in Northern Europe • The capital city of Sweden is Stockholm • Norway and Finland share a border with Sweden • The latitude/longitude of Stockholm is 62 degrees North and 15 degrees South

Topography • The main mountain is Kjolen,it has the highest point 6,929 ft.[2111m.] • The major rivers are Dal,Indal,Klor,Lule and Ulme • The two major lakes are lake Vanern and Vattern • The coastline is 3,218 km from Stockholm • We think that the best thing about the Topography is the peaceful mountains and rivers

Government • There is a king named Carl Gustaf XVI and prime minister Fredrik Reinfeldt • The people vote to elect the government officials to the office • The parliament makes the laws • The different political parties are Center party, Christian democratic party,Environment party the greens • Sweden is divided into 21 counties

Economy • The major exports are machinery and motor vehicles • The major imports are machinery,petroleum,petroleum products,chemicals,motor vehicles,iron,steel,foods and clothing • To make money people work at jobs • They can work at electric companies or industries • One natural resource is natural gas • The money they use is called Krona

People and culture • The different religions are Lutheran,Muslim,Jewish,Buddhist,Orthodox,Christian,Roman Catholic • The main language is Swedish • Some of the foods they eat are Kanelbullar=cinnamon buns,Kottbullar=meatballs and Glogg=mulled wine • Some of the national holidays are Advent,Midsummer,Sainte Lucia day,Martin day,Waffle day,Valentines day and Christmas • There are different ethnic groups.They are Swedes with Finnish and Sami minorities.They get along fine • People in Sweden love to swim
