About Me • My Family • Husband Tom Rye teaches math at Ferris • Son Jensen is a sophomore at Ferris • Son Spencer is a 7th grader at Sacajawea • I grew up in Spokane. • Background • In education almost 20 years • I have a degree in mathematics and LOVE math • Second year at Chase • Previous 6 years, I coordinated the district math program (working with teachers, principals, the state, curriculum committees) • Prior to that I taught MS and HS in Vancouver, WA
