Our group, composed of Yanni (Interpersonal), Jesse (Intrapersonal), Zac (Kinaesthetic), and Matt (Kinaesthetic), embarked on a research project analyzing the history of sport in Melbourne and its influence on community engagement. Despite challenges in teamwork, we achieved significant milestones, including completing our project ahead of schedule and running a sports clinic for forty students. Our findings explore key questions about Melbourne’s unique sporting culture, its history, and coaching principles, ultimately highlighting sport’s contributions to liveability, sustainability, and citizenship in the city.
