Submit:-for save detail. Note:- If same fees applicable for other class use “save to” then submit

Back Button:- Move to main menu(F-1).

Current month:- Display account statement till current month else it’s show whole session.

For display and edit fees press tab or click on next textbox “Add” Button Save data not print slip “Print/Add” Button Save data and print also. “Reprint” button use when we reprint Receipt (in case of wrong print or damage.) Cancel:- Cancel Receipt (in case of cheque bounce etc.) Note: It require password default password is 111)

  16. Expenses:- We save daily income and expenses first select date then particular fill amount in Received/Payment then click add in list button. After fill all entries click in save. Ledger wise statement:- it show statement of selected Ledger between two dates. Add Exam:- Type/select Exam name from type max marks (total marks ) in this exam click on class and then select subject (Which is include in this exam) press add button in this way you create/delete) all type of exams. You can see your class wise entry in left side grid by combo.

  19. Add marks in M- Sheet:- Select mark sheet option, then select class then select exam name, all the student in this class are display you enter marks that they obtain. Then press save marks If you wanted to add C.C.E. marks in mark sheet click on C.C.E. button on main menu and use same process. If you use other marks like computer them click on computer or other, these marks are shown only in mark sheet not added in total. When you fill marks till half yearly exam and you print mark sheet then click on M.S print (HF) button. For click office copy of marks click on off copy button it show in grid if you want to print then, then click on convert to excel. Caution:- if you print mark sheet and other reports of half yearly you add final/Annual Exam after held half yearly exam. “Below 60%” Button Show subject of every student that student obtain less then 60% marks. Note: You also want to see same or other’s reports from main menu “Result Button”. Attendance:- If you want to use attendance on daily based. You click on this button (it use for display attendance.) first click on “Add Remove leave Button” it will show a box there you define holidays of the year (not add Sunday) then close both the form. Fill daily attendance on main menu click on feature button then click on attendance there select class section date by default all the student show present (double click on grid it’s change to absent). Then click on “save Att.” button. “Create attendance” button calculate attendance for mark sheet. Faculty List:- Show List of faculty in grid.

  24. Create Roll No. Class display in M- Sheet :- Class display change in mark sheet i.e. FIFTH show V etc. Select class from combo then type new name in textbox then save. Add attendance:use for fill total attendance (its show in mark sheet) Select class section exam name from combo then type total in text box (its copy to out off in all student grid there you change it individually if require) and individual attendance of every student then save. Add Roll No.:- Add/Change roll number of student as same process. Change S.R. No.if single S. R. No. change type in S. R. No. box else its show all S. R. No. according class of type in new S.R. No. column (that you want to change else leave blank) then click save.

Select student and facility fill date wise amount then click on add button. (That you not add in fees structure (optional exp. Like Conveyance or other facility) search and click on require S. R. No. then select fees head then till due by month and click on add button (Double click for copy data in grid below) Create Other facilities:- We also change add/delete fees head subject, classes, exam name, month sequence, display month in fees receipt batch times etc. Faculty Details:- Faculty Details:- This form store detail of faculty. show all faculty list in main menu click feature then Select faculty. Change class:- It is use when the session is ended and student change classes they select current class. All student list is display if anyone is fail select his record and click on delete button the record is removed then select new class and click replace all and session student convert to new class. If student leave school (Not issue T.C in case of regular absent etc) select class and student select date of leave then click on leave course.
