Tweaking/modifyingprovider std.

E.g. By using scripts and/or other manipulation of an application in order to

make it run able for a User security group that otherwise needed to be “upgraded”

to Power or Admin user need to be investigated application by application.

The negative part of manipulate is that it need to be considered every time we upgrade,

another issue re support from the provider if not installed according to std.

Ver. 2

E.g. By putting pressure on theapplications vendors to provide Apps run able on User mode we reducethe no off Apps driving higher authority.
