  2. MOVE Update Initiative USPS/MTAC Work Group Work Group Charter “ This is a joint effort with USPS/MTAC to improve mail quality. The improvement of mail quality will result in a win-win for both the USPS and the mailing industry. Our purpose is to review and make recommendations on ways to reduce costs associated with the UAA mail, service improvement and to ensure compliance.”
