  1. The The Development Development Basics Basics of of Custom Custom Solution Solution Custom solution development can make a great product to fit your exact requirements. Instead of using one that has been mass-produced for the masses, you can work directly with you and your company to identify the issue at hand, define the underlying issues, figure out how to address it, develop the appropriate solution, and then implement it into the production environment. This cuts costs while improving the quality of your end-products.

  2. QuixTec had its business goals in mind when we started looking at custom software development services. But these goals are themselves difficult to quantify. The best that you can do is to ask your customers what they want in their products and services. Then you can measure your success against those measurements. But that's like asking the customer what they'd prefer in a car - it's difficult to objectively measure what they'd prefer! So instead, you need to measure what you're providing your customers in terms of what you can do to provide them with a better product or service experiences. But measuring business goals isn't enough - you need to make sure that you're providing your customers with solutions that will actually help them achieve those business goals. And if you're delivering custom solutions, then you have a responsibility to your customers to ensure that the solutions are easy to use, effective and that they will have real, tangible benefits on the front line. If you're developing digital transformation strategies based on what your customers want, you need to make sure that your solutions are going to solve real problems. Otherwise, people will just be walking around with a shopping cart full of digital waste! So what do you do if you have a business that's really struggling in the area of digital transformation? First, look at the problems your customers are having, determine what those problems are, and then take the time to develop solutions for them. It might be necessary to hire an outside consulting company to help you identify your business needs and develop solutions for those needs; a quality consulting firm can help you look at the problems and opportunities facing your organization and develop custom software solutions that address those problems, address those opportunities, and close the gap between your needs and your competitors'. Your customers don't care about how complex the software you've developed is-they only care about whether or not it works. However, your customers' expectations may change over time and you'll want to make sure that your custom software solutions continue to be effective. So, when you develop your solutions, go through the process of creating them in your warehouse or operations lab first. Then run them through a series of quality checks using A/B testing and regression, and finally, run a series of post-iteration quality checks. The final step of implementing your custom software solutions development process is to bring your new digital transformation processes into the real world. That means that you need to build out prototypes using prototypes. If you aren't using prototypes, your customers won't get to try out your new digital transformation solutions until they're really needed, which means that by the time they need them, your process could be too late. For this reason, you must always test your digital transformation prototypes before you go into production with your actual solutions.
