Summary: SINC@HE… • …is designed to improve the quality and relevance of support and inclusion of students with disabilities in Montenegro. • …aims to create the conditions and standards that will assimilate the quality of inclusion of students with disabilities in EU HEIs and will be harmonized according to EU practices and policies. Developed standards will be incorporated into existing legal and sublegal acts at the national levels and at the HE institutional levels. • … has a long-term objective of the outcomes to strengthen the open society values regarding the inclusion of students with disabilities in HEIs. • … will build necessary capacities through establishing a framework for improving support and inclusion and quality assurance at HEIs that will be incorporated in HEI regulatory documents. • … will provide extensive training for all levels of staff involved in support and inclusion of students with disabilities in HEIs. • … includes Quality Control and Monitoring of project activities and results by internal and external mechanisms will be realized continuously throughout the whole duration of the project and evaluated at several levels. Specific Objectives • • To improve university regulatory frameworks, guidelines and recommendations to allow full support for disabled students in ME higher education institutions • • To improve institutional capacities through providing special equipment, support services and staff training for teaching students with disabilities • • To establish Student Advisory Offices at each partner university for counseling, guidance, tutoring, relationships and psychological support (this will allow for the project to live past its completion) • • To raise awareness and motivation on inclusive education and to increase the number of prospective students with disability TempusInfo Day, 28.   6. Target groups • The main target group addressed by the project is wide group of current and prospective students with disability including all the following categories: • students with learning disabilities (e.g. dyslexia), • students with visual and hearing impairments, • students with neurological disorders and health problems, • students with psychological problems, • students with speech and language disorders, • students with motor/physical disabilities. Working Packages • The content of the proposed project is organized in WP and deliverables that follows a logical development of the main idea of support and inclusion of students with disabilities in HEIs: • DEV1 Background analysis for inclusion of disabled students in HE M1-M4 • DEV2 Improvement of institutional frameworks for inclusion of disabled students M4-M10 • DEV3 Definition of support services for students with disabilities at HEIs M4-M6 • DEV4 Establishing support services and capacity building for disabled university students M6-M18 • DEV5 Training of university staff for working with disabled students M12-M24 • DEV6 Piloting and evaluation at partner universities M24-M36 • QPLN7 Quality control and monitoring M1-M36 • DISS8 Dissemination and raising awareness M1-M36  • EXP9 Exploitation and sustainability M1-M36 • MNGT10 Management of the Project M1-M36 TempusInfo Day, 28.
