Procedure of Connecting Coil Unit In series with Capacitor 10 April 14 • Procedure : • Remove the wire connector of Joint between Capacitor Red Wire , Motor Red Wire & Harness Red Wire . • Pick up the New Coil Unit . Do not Disassemble or change the shape of Coil unit . • Connect the one end of Coil unit to Capacitor Red Wire . • Crimp the wire connectors on wire joint between Coil wire & Capacitor Red wire. • Connect another end of Coil unit to joint between Red wire from Motor & Red wire from Harness . • Crimp the wire connectors on wire joint between Coil wire , Red wire from Motor & Red wire from Harness . • After connecting Coil You have two separate joints of Red coloured wires .before it was Single joint of red wires as shown in photos. • Continue on next Page … Applicable Models : Present condition of machine : SingleJoint between Capacitor Red Wire , Motor Red Wire , Harness Red Wire After Coil Connect Joint 1 : Between Coil one end & Motor Red Wire & Harness Red wire Joint 2 : Between Coil one end & Capacitor Red Wire

  3. Procedure of Connecting Coil Unit In series with Capacitor 10 April 14 Procedure : 8. Above Capacitor screwing hole there is a extra hole on cabinet as marked in photo. 9. On Coil Unit there is a push mount present as marked in photo . 10. Fix this Push mount cable tie in holes present above the Capacitor screwing hole . Push Mount cable tie present on Coil Unit Precautions : • Do not Disassemble or change the shape of Coil unit . • After attaching the coil please do proper harnessing of all connectors. Hole in to which Coil to be fixed from inner side of Cabinet with Push mount cable tie After fixing Coil from inner side of cabinet Attached coil unit with cabinet with the help of push mount cable tie
