  2. I used Seniorleads about 2 years ago and did not get any results. But at that time, I did not have time to watch the training videos or follow the program. But it was a well-organized system so I signed up again in May. I set very restrictive criteria (only 2 zip codes) so I do not get a lot of prospects. Of 20 prospects, one has become a client earning me $6,000. Given that my investment was under $1,000, I am happy. Of the other prospects, I feel con?dent there is at least one other person who will become a client. The ?rst client has provided me 2 referrals. Three days later, I began to receive duplicates from the same customer and was still charged. I instantly canceled my account. Brian was also fully transparent and disclosed the pros and cons. Most of the prospects I get are in the general interest category (retirees and pre-retirees) rather than for a product. That is ?ne with me as I do ?nancial planning and retirement planning and this allows me to end up with a client rather than just a customer. About 70% of the prospects I have spoken with are good, meaning they have interest and have a respectable amount of assets. My ?rst appointment was just a week ago and he became a new client for a retirement plan. We will go over his retirement plan and there should be several pieces of business forthcoming including money management and life insurance. I have 2 more ?rst-time appointments scheduled in the next 2 weeks. The prospects range from low interest to high interest as I Expected. As long as I get 2 appointments from every 10 prospects, that is all I can expect and that is exactly what has happened. From 60 prospects provided, I have had 6 appointments and have 2 new clients and I expect the others to also do business. There are some prospects that I have called but still have not reached so there may be more business from the prospects already received. Don't believe the positive ones. They are scammers. Years back I spent $2k with them on a special deal. The prospects were insurance and annuity leads. At that time, they'd book appointments for you. People weren't home, didn't answer, or in one instance, threatened to call the cops for me just knocking, as the rep would not take a no answer for a meeting. Support was non-existent. Check the BBB, and you'll see a heap of unhappy people. Short and dismissive emails, nasty phone calls and then would just disappear along the process. I subscribed to this service for over 9 months with no results. I have been in the industry for over 30 years with an unbelievable close rate. If I can't close a prospect nobody can! These leads are totally not quali?ed. Trust me I know. Most of them cannot be contacted by phone or email, so who in their right mind thinks they would respond to a direct snail mail.. Of the few contacts I was able to make by phone , most were on public welfare bene?ts, the rest had zero interest , or were totally not quali?ed for some other reason. Fortunately, for me, Senior Leads caused me no great ?nancial hardship, I feel bad for those who fall prey to unscrumptious operators like this.   5.  (0)  Report (0)  Advertisement Mick A. 2023.10.03 Veri?ed Smells of a total scam operation. Je? calls you from a number you can't call back, when you try, it's just an old 56k modem sound. Then once you're on the phone with him, he transfers you to another number because "his battery is dying" which you also can't call back. He uses basic ass sales tactics to try to gain your trust like ?rst showing you "6 leads already waiting for you to call in your area," "which is lucky for me and unusual." He also repeats your name back to you an uncomfortable number of times, repeatedly asks you dumb questions to "see if you follow", and even saying he grew up in your area and went to your college (he clearly looked up my website pro?le to get this info to use). He told me he went to Cal State Long Beach...sure buddy. Additionally he will conveniently put you on hold because he has "another call coming in" so you have time to read their bogus testimonials. If you ask him for a demo he de?ects and asks why you're skeptical. Also, he never shows you their CRM system, how they market for their leads or what their adds say. I asked him a few times to give me examples and after de?ecting several times and asking why I sound unusually skeptical, he said he had another call coming in which he had to take to give this "exclusive leads" to since I "needed more time to think about it," and sent me an 11 minute word salad video about how great and unique their product is. You clearly proved my point. You support is poor. My need is to have actual live support. Your company does not o?er this. If you are charging my card on a weekly bases, then I deserve to speak to a live person not to have an electronic reply! As lease the people overseas are live people. When a company is charging and you have questions or concerns, I what to speak someone live. I know you reply will if anyone has any questions they will be able to ?nd answer on website etc. I dont want a business relationship with a damn computer. If a company is so against o?ering live support that should say something. Possible scam. The owner has so many names. He doesn't even call you (the employee) from his own number. He calls you form a google voice number and suggest you leave vms, on advisors phones with a google voice number as well. He was rude and unprofessional. He's so cheap he doesn't even pay you 50.00 a lead, he pays you 40.00 a lead and on top of that his dialer doesn't dial out, So that means no outbound calls or call backs because he only invest in the cheap version of the dialer callhub.com. I set two quali?ed appointments for him in 2 days and he called me freaking out, saying your doing this all wrong, What does the agent specialize in? I was calm and said if you listened to the call the guy CLEARLY SAID "LIFE INSURANCE" He then cx my appointment only because the guy starting talking about PPP loans, What do you expect? he's a salesman, but anyway i could tell from the call that the potential prospect was also

It turns out that the ?rst piece of business we are doing is a life settlement. I had never done one of these before. We have signed all of the papers and I am just waiting for the transaction to close. Although it was not a big policy, the commission will be substantial. He will schedule calls with you, but he will never show you a demo UNTIL he thinks he's the only option you've got. Instead, he'll make excuses for why he can't show you a demo. "Oh, my sharing feature isn't working today" "OOPS, I double booked you with someone else" All lies to avoid showing you the demo until he's SURE you'll buy from him. He wants to make sure you've got nowhere else to go. He prefers dealing with people who are uneducated and don't do their research. They're easier to hook. The 11-minute intro video tells you nothing. And because Je? has no clue how to

  9. build value or sell, he assumes the video will do his job for him. After that, he runs down a "fact page" about the huge numbers of people they've sold the service to. I couldn't care less how many people bought this service. It's irrelevant, Je?. But you'd know that if you actually knew how to sell. With any luck, future potential customers will read all the horrible Yelp reviews plus the many other horrible reviews that can be found online about this company. Glad I won't be blowing my money here after my useless calls with Je?. Three days later I started to receive duplicates of the same customer and was still charged. I immediately canceled my account. Our data clearly showed that our software had identi?ed the lead as a duplicate and did not charge. So the customer made an honest mistake in leaving this review. Our software automatically sees any duplicate email address and marks tat lead as free. The contractor agreed to the conditions and did not accomplish the stated objective. He then asked for payment for the work he did and we explained that he did not accomplish the objective and gave him more time to do so. This person is not a customer of our business and we are sorry that although we made a clear agreement for speci?c work and he agreed, the contractor still feels that we, and not he, was the party that did not hold up their end of the agreement.
