  22. Course Override • Sometimes a course will show as not meeting a course of study when it really should be showing as having met. • There is a way to do a course override for an individual student.

Steps - Course Override • Select the Analyze Diploma button. • Select the Same Diploma Type from the Dropdown box. • Click yes or no to keep existing overrides. • Another pop-up appears displaying the subject categories and assignments based on the selected diploma. • If an override needs to be made, click the left arrow in the pop-up box.

  26. Steps – Course Override • Select the Question box in the Manual Override column. • Select the appropriate choice from the Diploma Requirement Categories screen. • Select Ok. • The override box will automatically be checked and the correct category will populate in the field.

  28. Steps - Course Override • Select the Calculate Preview button. • Select the Apply Evaluation button. • Select OK to apply evaluation diploma to student box. • You will be sent back to the student diploma screen. • Exit.
