  2. HIPOMELANOSIS MELANOCITOPENICAS ADQUIRIDAS: VITILIGO: Enfermedad caracterizada por la aparición progresiva de manchas acromicas secundarias a la desaprición de melanocitos epidérmicos.

  3. VITILIGO. Incidencia de 0.5-1% en la población general. Causa desconocida. Teorías: Autoinmune, neural, autodestrucción y unitaria. Cerca del 50% tienen autoanticuerpos.

  4. VITILIGO. CLINICA: Segmentario. Focal. Diseminado. Universal.

  5. VITILIGO SEGMENTARIO.

  6. VITILIGO FOCAL.

  7. VITILIGO DISEMINADO

  8. VITILIGO UNIVERSAL O GENERALIZADO.

  9. VITILIGO. TRATAMIENTO: No hay uno para todos los pacientes. Médico, quirúrgico, cosmético y despigmentar. Corticoesteroides tópicos. PUVA-terapia. (8-MOP, TMP, 5-MOP). Inhibidores de la calcineurina.
