This project, funded by Jisc, focused on implementing a systematic approach to professional service review in a small higher education institution from April 2012 to March 2013. Led by Stephen Powell and Tracy Ellis, the initiative aimed to integrate external expertise to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of professional service units, especially during the consolidation of three faculties into one. Key areas included business processes, assessment boards, and managing mitigating circumstances.
