  1. Graphic Services Step-by-step on-line ordering for new Quick Copy Service Instructional Materials Only

  2. Welcome to our new on-line ordering site! • Home page is located at http://ds-gfx/psp/app/PSP_Start.asp*Hint: add that link to your internet Favorites, or add a shortcut to your desktop! • Once you are notified that you’ve been registered, you’re ready to start placing on-line Quick Copy orders!

  3. Log in… • User Name: first.last (same as your district login) • Password: 1234 *Hint: you can change your password to something else you can remember… after Log In, click ‘My Profile’.

  4. Begin order process… • You have the option of uploading a file to be printed. • Select "Yes" to upload a file, or "No" to submit a hard-copy. • Click ‘Browse’ to locate the file on your computer or network location…

  5. Complete your order information… • Order Name (i.e. “Teacher Name – Subject”) • #Sets/Copies & Sheets Per Set* • Paper Selection • You can add covers too! *Hint: ‘Sheets Per Set’ is the physical number of sheets of paper in the final product.

  6. Choose your covers… *Hint: this screen only appears if you selected covers in the previous step…

  7. Select the Finishing details… *Hint: if you select ‘No’ for Collate, the copies will be stacked (all of page 1, all of page 2, etc.)

  8. Choose the appropriate Acct/Budget Code… • Your contact information will be filled in by default – no need to change anything else…

  9. Order Summary… • All of the options youselected will be displayed • Review your order details • Once you’re satisfied, click Submit Order! *Hint: orders can be edited after you click submit… View/Edit your orders under Order History.

  10. Order Confirmation… • Your order is confirmed and received in our system. • IMPORTANT: Look out for the pop-up window next, which is the Job Ticket that must be printed.

  11. Print this Job Ticket… • For orders with file attachment – no need to do anything else! Keep the Job Ticket for your records. • If you have hard-copy originals, attach the Job Ticket to the document to send to us. *Hint: this appears as a pop up window… your computer must be set to allow pop ups.

  12. If you have hard-copy originals… • Place the Job Ticket, with attached hard-copy document, inside our new Inter-Departmental Quick Copy envelope. • Then place your order envelope in the Quick Copy Mail Bin, for the Warehouse to pick up from your site.

  13. You will also receive the following email… • A brief summary of your order will be automatically generated and sent by email. • Just for your electronic records…

  14. That’s it! You’re ready to submit your next order… • Quick Copy orders will be processed in Graphic Services. • Any questions on your order can be emailed to:GraphicsTech@dsusd.us • The completed print materials will be delivered within 3-4 days via Warehouse Mail Service. • Our ultimate goal for turn-around time on Quick Copy ordersis 48 hours.
