  8. MOSAICA EDUCATION, ABU DHABI STAGE 1 ORIENTATION Characteristics – high expectations, anxiety, polite, conforming behaviour, dependent and testing the boundaries. Needs – common understandings, agreement on values, norms, decision making, accountability, structure and boundaries.
