  3. Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Buildings Saves 15-35% of energy costs. An energy efficiency (EE) retrofit is the removal a building’s existing equipment, such as HVAC, lighting, etc. and installation of updated and more efficient equipment. Retrofitting increases energy efficiency and/or decreases energy demand. Both of which reduce the building's operational costs and increases the assets' value. 01

An EPC is an alternative financing mechanism, where instead of an outright purchase (CAPEX), the Building retrofit is financed through future energy cost savings. Sedania will invest and bear all the cost related to your building's energy saving retrofit including energy audit, design, equipment and maintenance.
