Responsibilities of Events Coordinators: The Go To Person for the senior leadership and the program committee throughout the entire event – Events coordinators are like the program managers for the program. Understands the importance of each activity of the event and works directly with the program committee that sponsors the event. Need not know the details of “How” of each activity but knows “Who” and “When” of each activity of the event and organizes the event by working closely with the program and other committees who are involved in event. The person who plans the entire event end to end and knows what are the dependencies. Responsible for communication and coordination with various committees for the event and to the Program Committee and senior leadership.
