Stakeholder engagement: • Early conversations • Local GU/HIV services • Commissioners – NHS and Local Authority • Community services • Venue owners • THT staff • Service users: current and potential • Is at appropraite to provide testing in a non-clinical setting? • Is it appropraite to give the result in that setting?

  4. Considerations: • NHIVTW………only one week • Sustainability • Risk • Courage • Challenge

  5. Prevention: • What do we mean by prevention? • Who is responsible for prevention? • More than condoms! • Motivational interviewing • Behaviour change • Testing • Treatment

  6. Finally: • Some good examples of working together to promote testing • Are we all on the same page when we talk about prevention? • New ways of prevention • Workforce – skills required to undertake prevention work
