  2. In order to maintain social distancing, we are not accepting any unarranged visits to our branch. We, therefore, ask you to contact the relevant branch and confirm your visit timings and the reason so that we can provide the best possible resolution to ensure the safety of our staff and you. Face to Face Property Viewings If you physically visit a property with either a member of staff or the sellers then the following rules apply: A maximum of 2 adults from the same household or support bubble can attend the viewing. You will need to undergo a contactless temperature check and put on shoe covers and wear a face covering before entering. On the day of the appointment, you may be contacted and asked to confirm that neither you nor anyone in your household is displaying any of the known Covid-19 symptoms, self-isolating or been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days that has been asked to self-isolate. hello@searsproperty.co.uk 01344 481 111 www.searsproperty.co.uk
