Noida is one of the most attractive suburbs of New Delhi, flats in Noida are perhaps second only to Gurgaon in size, the quality of build, and design. However, much of the real estate in Noida risks degradation if measures to curb a large number of poor quality homes being rapidly erected by low-quality builders is not halted. While Noida is certainly a better real estate destination than other regions of the NCR such as Ghaziabad and Faridabad, if more unencumbered developments do not soon replace a large number of the ghetto like developments Noida may soon become a less attractive realty destination.
