The mentor will receive an e-mail link at the beginning of Topic 6 to access the evaluation through Typhon. Learners will access the completed mentor evaluations in Typhon under the tab for u201cEASI: Evaluation and Survey Instrumentu201d and print out the completed evaluation, sign it, and upload the signed evaluation into LoudCloud. The course faculty will review the evaluation in LoudCloud and confirm in Typhon. It is the learneru2019s responsibility to ensure that the mentor has completed evaluation. If the mentor does not receive the evaluation via the e-mail address on file with GCU, the learner should contact the course faculty immediately.
