During his distinguished career, Tom Taylor has served to improve the real estate industry on a state, national and international level. As a pioneer in bringing second home accommodations into the mainstream of todayu2019s lodging choices, Taylor authored much of the American Automobile Association (AAA) code to establish standards of professional service for condominiums in the United States, Caribbean and Pacific destinations favored by todayu2019s travelers. Taylor served on the American Hotels and Lodging Association (AH&LA) Board of Directors for over 5 years and on his local Hospitality Associationsu2019 Board for almost 20 years. The American Hotel and Lodging Association counts more than 4,800 condominium, vacation home rental, and hotel members in a worldwide alliance and provides 4.5 million guest units to the public.
