HRD ATTESTATION
Human Resource Development is abbreviated as HRD, it is a well-known Indian ministry responsible for enhancing the literacy rate of the country. Ministry of Human Resource Development is fully headed and guided by an elected minister. Educational empowerment is the fundamental aim of this HRD ministry. By promoting the educational level of the country the ministry can setup the socio-economic fabric of the country. The ministry is also famous for its attestation giving process.
