Issue Foundation size provided was 641 m2 as against the required 2720 m2. Silo wall thickness was 350 mm. (Structurally sound, but because of the PT duct and the reinforcement, there was no space for pouring concrete.) PT forces applied were 80 % of the hoop forces as against 60%. The PT ducts were filled up to 60-70 % (As per code it should be 97% filled).
