Basic problem at this projekt was to import the computer to Vietnam • Tariff regulations did not allow the import of used computer to Vietnam. • The solution in this case is to certificate the computers by an accepted organisation. • IVK certifies the quality by a tag. This certification was accepted by the government of Vietnam.

  3. Hue University • 100 Donated PCs for Hue University. • Donated by a wellknown computer manifacturer • With the certification of IVK • Configuration: • Pentium 3, • 450 MHz, • 64 MB RAM, • 8 GB HD, • 8 MB Video-Card, • 40 X CD-ROM, • 1,44” Floppy,
