  21. كانوا جايبين صورة خنبوقية بصراحة ماقدرت أجيب زيها لأنو أصلا تخيلي لها كان غلط زي مافهمت من البنات اللي فشلوني “We all live under the same sky, but we don't all have the same horizon ! “وسألت أحد الدكاترة واستنيت منه جواب بس للأسف مارد .. كانت كذا كأنهم شادينها على برا وفيه رمشات داخلة على جوا..وبيضا ومبين فيها الكاتراكت..عموما .. هذا السلايد برعاية أشجان .. وان شالله الجواب صح .. Old lady .. Decreased V.A .. 1. What is the cause of foreign body sensation ? Trichiasis 2. What are the causes of deteriorated vision in this case ? Cataract Corneal scarring 20
