Committee • Current committee was elected in July 2010 for a 2 year term • At ANZREG 2011, the committee term was extended until end 2012/early 2013 to allow handover at each year’s Seminar • Elections due at the end of this year/early 2013 • Fivecommittee member positions will be available for nominees

  5. Continued Collaboration • Co-publicising of events with Ex Libris • Technical Workshop • Primo Certification • Ex Libris cocktail event

  6. Members • 50 member institutions (with official primary contacts and voting reps) • 179 subscribers to the ANZREG-L list • 41 members on Ning (decommission?)

  10. Seminar feedback • 2 day event or separate events supported • Support an ANZREG seminar not aligned with other conferences • Technical & regular Seminar separately attended (different audience) • Certification has different audience

Future issues for ANZREG • Communication/co-ordination of more local resources in Primo Central • Greater discussion and interaction (eg. prior to enhancement voting) • Advocacy for ‘legacy’ systems: Voyager, Aleph, DigiTool, Verde, MetaLib • Alma MMS shared metadata repository – what does it mean for data sharing?

Future issues for ANZREG • Linked data and RDA in Voyager, Aleph and Alma – collaboration/sharing of solutions? • Separate ANZREG Seminar, training, certification, etc with guest speakers (from IGeLU or ELUNA?) • New Zealand hosting of the event • Integration – new challenges with hosted/cloud systems and local data • Regional expansion of ANZREG
