  1. Scott A SchlagerReal Estate Private Equity Analyst Scott A. Schlager worked as a real estate private equity analyst for Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds in 2011, while attending the University of Pennsylvania. This experience allowed him to gain considerable expertise in real estate investment. Lubert-Adler has raised over $7 billion of capital and invested in over $17 billion of real estate assets. Mr. Schlager worked on a variety of transaction types ranging from value-add to core to opportunistic.

  2. Scott A Schlager A Trained and Licensed Professional Scott A Schlager holds various licensures, including a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s License. Mr. Schlager is also an appointed Massachusetts Notary Public. Mr. Schlager is currently pursuing accreditation as a LEED AP®. This acronym stands for “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional”, and in order to earn this certification, one has to showcase considerable familiarity with green building principles. While working as a real estate litigation summer associate for Dain Torpy, Scott A. Schlager assisted a trial team that won a considerable money judgment in a case representing KGI Properties against the Town of Wayland. The gravamen of the Complaint involved a dispute over wastewater treatment plant capacity allocation, during which Mr. Schlager had a chance to prepare the standard of review and portions of the argument section for a Massachusetts Appeals Court Brief. The dispute ended with the judge awarding more than one million dollars to KGI Properties.
