Logistic management deals with efficient and effective management of day to day activity in producing the company`s finished goods and services. Logistics refers to what happens within one company including purchase and delivery of raw materials, packaging, shipment and transportation of goods to distributors. Logistics involves processes such as 1.Inbound transportation 2.Outbound transportation 3. Fleet management 4. Ware housing 5.Materials handling 6.Order fulfillment 7.Inventory management 8.Demand planning
