  2. Introduction Child Labor has become a serious concern across the globe. Millions of children who are under the age of 14 years of age are employed. They are supposed to work for long hours like adults. Such children are devoid of education and a happy childhood. They spend years of innocence in performing the labor activities.

  3. Combat The Child Labor In order to combat the child labor, you must follow the below practices: • Educate Yourself • Share Your Money and Time • Contact Local, Regional, and National Representatives • Make Investments Ethically • Educate Others

  4. Educate Yourself Very first, educate yourself before saying other to implement this. You must know about the constitutional laws and share that with your family, friends, colleagues, and others to educate. As a result, not only you but others also get educated about the laws.

  5. Share Your Money and Time We can sacrifice  expensive make-up or a regular latte or go out to eat because it is not as much important .Use such saved money in reputed groups that help to free children from the exploitative labor. 

  6. Contact Local, Regional, and National Representatives We can request them to pass the laws which ensure that no product should be made with child labor in your city, state or country. Inspire them to adopt ‘codes of conduct’ that includes the concern for the sustainable, humane, just practices.

  7. Make Investments Ethically In case you are a shareholder, make sure that the companies in which you invest support just practices that don’t include the child labor.

  8. Educate Others We can give presentations in faith communities, schools, non-profit organizations, and other groups. This will educate them regarding labor concerns and encourage them to take positive action.

  9. Final Words Child labor is a socio-economic concern that causes an interruption in the country development. And this should be avoided.
