  5. God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong 1 Cor 1:27

  6. Our wisdom and strength “For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength” 1 Cor 1:25

  7. TAKEN by God • to belong to God • 2. BLESSED by God • to receive God’s gifts • 3. BROKEN by God • for the sake of God’s purposes • 4. GIVEN by God • to serve others.
