1 apple cider vinegar
1.Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Apple cider vinegar is considered as a good treatment for  knee pain.
  • Firstly, pour two teaspoons of this vinegar into two cups of water
  • Drink this several times per day daily until your knee recovers completely
2 coconut oil
2.Coconut Oil
  • Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties which can help to heal the pain. 
  • First take a half cup of coconut oil
  • Then heat this oil until it melts
  • Next apply this warm oil on your affected knee
3 fenugreek seeds paste
3. Fenugreek Seeds Paste
  • Roast 2 tsp fenugreek seeds, crush them.
  • And mix with water to make a paste. 
  • Apply this on the affected area to get relief from an aching knee.
4 epsom salt soaks
4. Epsom Salt Soaks
  • Epsom salt includes magnesium sulfate that can lower chronic knee pain.
  • Take a big bowl of warm water and add 1 cup Epsom salt. 
  • Stir properly and soak your sore joints in the water.
