  2. BAKERY COURSE For people who have decided to be a good baker should register for the Baking course from the famous academy. This course educates trainees on the various process, materials, variety and other factors that will help to produce heart winning bakery products. This course provides knowledge on how to weight and measure ingredients, how to mix, divide them, bake different types of products and decorate them. For entering in this business or operating a bakery business from home, one needs to get a diploma or certification in the bakery. For this, registration for the Baking course is important to gain required skill and eligibility to enter this profession.

Course Curriculum • Introduction to all equipments  & raw material. • Difference between sponge cakes , tea cakes and cup cakes. • Sponge cakes :- Vanilla , Chocolate • Muffin :- Blueberry , Chocó chip , Vanilla • Cookies :-Oat crunches , Melting moments , Coconut cookies ,Jeera cookies  • Cupcakes :- Chocolate cupcake ,Butter cream cupcake ,Black currant cupcake, strawberry cupcake , Mocha Chocó cupcake   • Icing cakes - • Pineapple cake  • Black forest cake  • Chocolate  truffle cake   • Berry berry cake

Benefit of the bakery course • In the bakery classes, trainees will understand the basics of the baking industry, procedures, necessary tools, equipment, knowledge on various creams, syrups, puddings, custards, mousse, soufflés for decorating, gain expertise in making various types of cakes, cookies, tarts, baking pies, etc. Candidates will also learn basics of cleaning, advanced bakery methods, sanitary precautions, the mathematics used in baking for measuring quantity and standards to maintaining the high quality of bakery products.  

  6. Outcome of the bakery course After completing the Baking course, trainees will be eligible to be a successful Baker, kitchen manager, Assistant Chef, Bakery manager, cake decorator and food technologist. The course opens doors for various career options where a candidate can be an individual baker or start a home based business involving various experts to it. An individual can also open a traditional shop that will provide bakery products on special occasions.
