Technical Dept. as a support function • Technical Department team through the Technical Manager conduct site surveys/ audits on a regular basis (quarterly) • To ensure correct application of our solution to yield sustainable performance • General Manager in Ops meetings to address existing Technical challenges and opportunities • To audit all manufacturing facilities: • Quality Control (QC) (Laboratory) • Raw materials (Selection, Testing & Approval) • Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP’s) • Formulations (Standardisation) • Changes in manufacturing protocol

  6. Continued • Selection of suitable aggregate and test work to be conducted. Generate report of data captured • Recommendation of corrective action • Water analysis and recommend actions to be instituted • Client visit and business review support, company introductions • Support with New Business Development.

  7. Tests conducted in the lab • Water analysis • pH, Total hardness including dissolved calcium and magnesium, TDS, SS, and other dissolved ions (Fe, Al etc.) • Soil analysis • Grading analysis • Plasticity index • Soil modification • Soil to product compatibility • Binder Content determination
